An artist-in-residence commission with Seattle Public Utilities and the Seattle Arts Commission, photographing the entirety of SPU's operations: drainage, wastewater, solid waste, and community services. 170 photographs, 66 pieces, exhibited at Bank of America Gallery in April 2000 and installed permanently throughout SPU facilities.
